Overall, our testers were satisfied with Hoodia Slim as it performed for them. They didn't seem to have any cravings. Weight loss occurred because they ate less without trying to eat less. Thus, Hoodia Slim really did work to reduce the appetite.

The two-capsule dosage is probably better for most people. Though the Hoodia Slim label recommends only 1-2 capsules once a day, we think 1 capsule morning and 1 afternoon is a better timing for the dosage. This isn't the way the San generally use hoodia, but keep in mind that supplements are by definition going to work differently from the whole foods.
