Hoodia Supreme as rated by our testers

Appetite suppression: Good
Cravings: Some
General wellbeing: No change
Weight loss (average): 9.3 lb.

Overall, our testers were somewhat satisfied with Hoodia Supreme. The main complaint was of intense cravings, usually late at night. This is one of the worst times to eat because calories ingested before bed not only can have a deleterious effect on rest, but also turn straight to fat.

Our vegetarian testers were happy to see that Hoodia Supreme uses a cellulose capsule rather than one made of gelatin, and is therefore vegetarian-friendly.

The Hoodia Supreme formula contains small amounts of two additives – magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide These are commonly used additives that ease the manufacturing process and are found in many vitamins and supplements, but are still avoided by some people.

We are disappointed that Hoodia Supreme doesn't seem to be produced in affiliation with the South African authorities who are in charge of insuring both the purity of hoodia as well as the San people's portion of the profits.

Overall, we think that Hoodia Supreme is an acceptable supplement for those seeking appetite control and weight loss.
